As an Account Manager, you will be sharing your passion for Fragrances and delighting customers with our Brand stories, whilst leading your team to do the same. You will relish in the challenge of meeting your sales targets and identifying new opportunities to drive the business as you ensure customers are excited and engaged through creating activity around our Brands. Providing exceptional service and surpassing the expectations of customers will come naturally to you, as will your confidence in establishing meaningful rapport with both customers and store teams. A true ambassador to all of our Brands, you will ensure that they are looking their best at all times.
We will ensure you have all the tools and training you need to drive your account, share our brands with your customer and to be an expert story teller in fragrance. In return we’ll expect you to be reaching and exceeding your sales targets, working as part of the team to achieve those counter goals.
